Our founder, Gary Peacock, came from the IT & Telecommunications Industry and couldn’t believe how unethical the Windows & Doors Industry is. Hence, Poppy Windows are set to change the market and finally put the consumer first. Our reviews also show you the consumer that we try very hard to make a happy customer.
The problem is that if you book an appointment with a large company the salesperson is under pressure to close the sale on the day and walk out of your house with an order. They are also under pressure to sell you windows at a high price as their commission depends on this practice. This is morally wrong in our eyes. If you don’t buy from the large company on the day then their call centre will call you and offer you a cheaper price in a couple of days. Again this is morally wrong!
At Poppy then we offer you one price on the day that will not change in one week’s time. We offer complete value for money and fit a premium product in your home that will last.
Poppy Windows do not have a high list price for your windows and doors and do not apply silly discounts to reduce the price. We don’t call our Manager from you home to negotiate on price. That practice is wrong in our eyes! Instead we offer a no pressure design consultation. We don’t put you under any pressure to buy on the day. Quite the opposite, take your time to select the right design for you and even borrow some sample units to look over then call us when you are ready to proceed!

Window installation team members
We are looking for skilled Window Fitters who take pride in their work and who will fit to strict guidelines and standards.
If your the sort of fitter that holds the attitude that it looks OK or the customer won`t notice, Then we are not the right business for you. Our windows have to be fitted correctly and our management team survey every job before and after installation and photos of the job are loaded onto a customer file. We pay the top rates of pay in the industry and we are striving to achieve a new standard of customer service and fitting standards.
